CHAMPAIGN, ILLINOIS POSITIONS

SALES & SERVICE

CREDIT REPRESENTATIVE: Perform collection duties, analyze credit information, and assist in smooth order flow for assigned accounts. Collection, problem solving, and customer service skills are required. Previous experience in a loan department, finance company, or health care patient accounts a plus. Full time, days.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE: Use your problem solving skills and your background in customer service to assist wholesale customers in our call center. Open new accounts, update existing accounts, and assist customers with tracking shipments and other inquiries. Previous customer service or phone sales experience preferred. Full-time, days.

INBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE: Take inbound orders from our customers and field basic customer service questions. Make outbound calls to established customer accounts, present daily specials, and assist with special projects. Previous customer service or sales experience and computer knowledge are desirable. Full-time, Monday-Friday.

GENERAL

JANITOR: Assist with general cleaning and tile floor care. At least two years of previous janitorial and floor care experience and a dependable work history required. Evening and weekend hours available.

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE: Work in our warehouse assisting in the order fulfillment process. Full-time and part-time positions available on 1st shift and 2nd shift. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. Previous warehouse experience helpful.
